METTLER TOLEDO Turb Sensor InPro 8200

High-performance turbidity measurements

The long-term measurement stability of the InPro™ 8200 turbidity probe is due to its high-performance fiber optics and scratch-resistant sapphire window design. The InPro 8200 uses the principle of backscattered light to measure the concentration of suspended particles and emulsions.

The InPro 8200 turbidity probe can be used from the small-scale benchtop level to commercial process installations.

Description

Designed for Biopharma and Chemical
The InPro 8200 is intended for use in cell culture monitoring, crystallization control and industrial processes including liquid/ solid separation.

Enhanced Detection Technology
This InPro 8200 dual-fiber optical turbidity probe provides reliable and reproducible detection of turbidity due to its dual-fiber optical technology.

Strong Window Seal Ensures Safety
The probe has a Kalrez® FDA window sealing, so that it can be used in biotechnological applications, typically in biomass growth in fermenters.

Probe Design Meets Industry Demands
Backscattered light technology and the use of fiber optic cables enable a probe design with a uniform, unbroken surface structure. Therefore, the probe is able to meet the toughest demands with respect to freedom from fouling and easy cleanability.
