Our approach to project management ensures each stage of development is handled with clarity, efficiency, and a strong commitment to quality. For projects involving green technologies—such as carbon capture, RNG, CEMS, or hydrogen systems—this means aligning every phase with evolving regulatory standards, safety protocols, and environmental performance goals.

Each project is assigned a dedicated Westech project manager upon quote acceptance. They are responsible for overseeing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and overall project scope. Acting as the central point of contact, the project manager coordinates communication between the client, third-party suppliers, engineering teams, and production staff—ensuring that progress remains on track and expectations are clearly met.

Once the contract is awarded and the scope and commercial requirements are reviewed, the project manager will schedule a formal kickoff meeting to confirm objectives, clarify deliverables, and establish a shared path forward for execution.
