TMEIC TMdrive-XL75
6.0/6.6 kV, up to 92 MVA
The TMdrive-XL75 is a high-power, medium voltage, AC fed drive designed for high-efficiency and power-friendly operation in a broad range of industrial applications. A single bank drive has 15/20/23 MVA power level, and multiple banks can be used to obtain higher power levels. Conservative design uses 4500 V, 2100 A IEGTs, and the power bridges are water-cooled.
High reliability, low harmonic distortion, and high power factor operation are designed into the drive.
TMEIC’s water cooled design and compatibility of piping materials with de-ionized cooling system ensures that the drive has a MTBF of more than 20 years.
