Cast Iron and Steel Water Column Options
Reliance water columns include cast iron and steel options for different boiler requirements. The W0250 cast iron water column comes in float type and probe type configurations. Bronze and Steel Water Gage Valve Choices
Reliance water gage valves include bronze and steel models. Bronze valves come in 12 models for pressures up to 450 PSI (30 Bar). Steel valves come in 16 models for pressures up to 3000 PSI (200 Bar).
Bronze BG Series valves include compliant bronze bodies, integral seats, an 18-position gage lever, and screwed or flanged connections. Their quadruple stem threads allow full open or closed operation with one-quarter turn.
For higher pressure service, SG800 forged steel lever-operated valves support steam service up to 1500 PSI (100 Bar). SG600 and SG700 forged steel chain wheel valves support service up to 3000 PSI (200 Bar). These steel valve options include forged steel bodies, stainless steel stems, Grafoil packing cartridges, and blowdown connections.
Alarm, Cut-Out, and Control Options
Probe type Reliance water columns can support multiple boiler control functions. Depending on the model, they can provide high and low water alarms, low water cut-out, high water cut-out, and pump control.
Relay controls support probe safety systems for applications up to 3000 PSI. They provide low voltage power to probes, include LED status indication, and support common plant alarm or control requirements.
