The PFS ITM Series Digital Flow Integrated Turbine Meter provides accurate and reliable liquid measurement in a compact integrated design. This ITM turbine meter combines turbine flow measurement with an electronic display for total and rate readout. As a result, operators can view accumulative totals, batch totals, and flow rate information directly at the meter.
The PFS ITM Series supports flow ranges from 3 to 30 gpm and 5 to 50 gpm, depending on meter size. It uses stainless steel wetted components, tungsten carbide rotor shaft and sleeve bearings, and a UV-resistant enclosure. In addition, it includes NIST traceable calibration and an IP67 rating for dependable industrial use.
Westech Industrial offers the PFS ITM Series Integrated Turbine Meter Canada wide. Our team can support product selection, application review, service coordination, and complete project support. For larger measurement packages, Westech can also provide custom fabrication capabilities, including panels, skids, shelters, and integrated assemblies.

Description
Integrated Digital Measurement
The PFS ITM Series Digital Flow Integrated Turbine Meter brings measurement and display into one compact unit. Operators can track both accumulated totals and batch totals without adding a separate display. This helps simplify installation and improves visibility at the measurement point.
The ITM turbine meter also provides a six-digit rate display. Teams can view flow rate by second, minute, hour, or day. In addition, the meter supports gallons, liters, cubic metres, and custom total units. This flexibility helps operators match the display to their process or reporting needs.
Accurate and Repeatable Performance
The ITM turbine meter delivers linearity of +/- 1.0% over the standard flow range. It also provides repeatability of +/- 0.1% over the standard flow range. Therefore, it suits applications that need consistent liquid flow measurement and dependable repeat readings.
The meter handles two nominal flow ranges. The 7/8-inch meter size supports 3 to 30 gpm, or 11.3 to 113 L/min. The 1-inch meter size supports 5 to 50 gpm, or 18.9 to 189 L/min. These ranges give users options for common liquid flow measurement requirements.
Durable Wetted Materials
The PFS ITM Series uses a 316 stainless steel meter body and 316 stainless steel rotor supports. It also uses tungsten carbide for the rotor shaft and sleeve bearings. These materials help support long-term performance in demanding liquid measurement service.
The rotor material depends on meter size. The 7/8-inch meter uses a 416 stainless steel rotor. The 1-inch meter uses a CD4MCu rotor. In addition, the PA66 GF20 enclosure resists UV exposure and helps protect the integrated electronics.
Practical Connection and Display Options
The PFS ITM Series includes a 1-inch FNPT connection. Both meter sizes share the same general arrangement dimensions, which helps simplify selection and layout planning. The unit measures 2.375 inches across dimension A, 2.86 inches across dimension B, and 5.50 inches across dimension C.
The electronics allow decimal location selections of 0, 1, 2, X10, and X100 for totals and rate display. As a result, users can configure the readout to suit different measurement scales.
Calibration, Retrofit, and Service Support
The PFS ITM Series includes NIST traceable calibration. In addition, calibrated retrofit kits are available. Factory refurbishment is also available, which helps extend the service life of existing flow metering equipment.
Westech Industrial can help customers review requirements, source the correct ITM turbine meter, and coordinate support where needed. Our service capabilities and custom fabrication team can also support complete measurement packages when a standalone meter forms part of a larger system.
