The Penberthy RMW & TMW medium pressure gauges use a weld pad configuration for direct mounting to tanks, vessels, piping, and skid equipment. The pad welds directly to the outer shell and becomes part of the equipment wall. This design creates a strong connection for applications that need reliable visual level verification. It also helps operators confirm liquid level without relying only on remote instrumentation.

RMW Reflex Gauge for Clear Level Contrast

The RMW model uses a reflex-style gauge. Light enters through a single vision slot and interacts with the glass prisms. Above the liquid level, the prisms reflect light and appear silvery. Below the liquid level, the liquid changes how the light behaves, so the area appears darker. This contrast helps operators identify the liquid level quickly.

Reflex gauges work well when teams need a straightforward visual level indication. They can also suit applications where operators do not need to view the liquid colour or clarity.

TMW Transparent Gauge for Liquid Characteristics

The TMW model uses a transparent-style gauge with vision slots on both sides of the chamber. Light enters from the opposite side of the observer. As a result, operators can view both the liquid level and certain liquid characteristics. This makes the TMW style useful when teams need to see colour, clarity, or interface conditions.

Illuminators are also available for transparent gauges. These can improve visibility in darker areas or enclosed equipment spaces.

Durable Materials and Ordering Flexibility

Penberthy RMW & TMW medium pressure gauges offer carbon steel and 316/316L stainless steel options for the chamber and cover. The gauges also include tempered borosilicate glass conforming to DIN 7081. In addition, NACE wetted parts options are available for applications that require NACE MR0175 and MR0103 consideration.

The gauges support glass sizes 1 through 9 and one to four sections. Visible range options extend up to 55 inches with a four-section size 9 configuration. Teams can also select flat pad or radius pad chamber styles. Therefore, the gauge can match different vessel or piping requirements.
