Transmitter for viscosity sensors

Maximum flexibility for optimum choice of measuring instrument: The VS-D250 and VS-4450 transmitters are compatible with all ViscoScope® sensors of types VA-100 and VA-300. Viscosity ranges are covered by the internal resolution of 16 bits over four decades (e.g. 1 – 10,000 or 10 – 100,000 etc.). Even for measurements with very small viscosity difference (example: milk and whey) the transmitters work precisely. Both transmitters VS-4450 and VS-D250 are equipped with a freely configurable display. The transmission of measurement and diagnostic data to a process control system is done via industry standard analog or digital interfaces. The VS-4450 is optionally available with 2 SPDT relays for time proportional control or alarms. The VS-D250 model is designed for DIN rail mounting.
