The FB2LEDX offers three user-selectable light patterns: 60 FPM, 120 FPM or steady. User-Selectable Flash Patterns
The Federal Signal FB2LEDX gives operators three practical visual signaling options in one hazardous LED warning light. Users can select 60 FPM, 120 FPM or steady operation, depending on the application. The 60 FPM setting works well for standard warning indication, while the 120 FPM option provides a faster visual alert. Meanwhile, the steady mode supports status indication where a continuous light makes more sense than a flashing signal.
Power Select™ Technology for Easier Configuration
Power Select™ technology helps simplify setup because users can change the flash pattern without opening the unit. Instead, the user follows a power sequence to move between light patterns. As a result, maintenance teams can reduce unnecessary access to the enclosure, which can help streamline configuration in hazardous location applications.
Rugged Construction for Harsh Environments
The FB2LEDX uses a zinc die-cast alloy base, an impact-resistant Fresnel dome and a stainless steel wire guard. Together, these features help protect the LED warning light in industrial spaces where equipment may face moisture, dust, vibration, corrosion and frequent cleaning. The Type 4X, IP66, IP67 and IP69K compliant ratings also make this hazardous location warning light suitable for indoor and outdoor environments, including washdown areas.

Federal Signal built the FB2LEDX for pipe or surface mounting. The integrated 1/2-inch NPT pipe mount supports standard pipe installations, while the three-hole surface mount configuration works well for equipment skids, panels, walls and machinery. An optional hazardous location wall mount bracket can support additional installation requirements when needed.

The FB2LEDX uses a 50,000-hour LED light source, which helps reduce maintenance compared with shorter-life lighting technologies.
