The Varec Biogas 220W Series Roof Manhole Cover is available in large sizes, 42” and 48” that will allow personnel with breathing apparatus or heavy equipment packs to pass freely inside the digester or tank. It also allows for raising and lowering of large equipment through the manhole cover.

VAREC (VApor RECovery Specialty Company) began business in the 1930’s at its manufacturing plant in Compton, California. Varec was there in the infancy stage of the biogas market in the early 1950’s.
