Our panel shop is authorized to apply the Certification Mark for the custom industrial control panels built in accordance to the UL508A and CSA C22.2#286 standards.

Our products are integrated in various NEMA enclosure (with ratings 1, 2, 4, 4X, 12, 7, 3R) in a free standing or wall mount design. Internal heating and cooling systems are designed to cover a large temperature operating range as well as to maintain the specified temperature limits for the main electrical components.

Our programming engineers can offer support for different equipment manufacturers and types of programming language.

APPLICATIONS:

Our industrial control panels are used for motor/pump control and equipment protection, process monitoring, control and communication (including flare ignition and control), safety control and alarming (Fire and Gas Systems), and many other applications across a wide range of industries.

Here are the categories of industrial control panels we design and execute:

  1. VFD (variable frequency drive) and soft starter panels are used in industrial applications that require electrical motors and associated feed pumps control via a voltage and frequency-controlled output.

The main categories of VFD panels include:

    • ESP (electrical submersible pump)The control allows the pump to be slowed to limit the number of the required starts.  That decreases the number of failures, operation cost and the stress effect of high inrush currents on the motor windings. Our systems are selectable to work in manual mode or auto using the integration of POCs (Pump Off Controllers).
    • PCP (progressive cavity pump)The control allows a torque limitation to reach a safe level while in operation. During a torque limit the VFD will trade off speed to ensure that the torque does not exceed that preset safe limit. Our systems are selectable to work in manual mode or auto using the integration of POCs (Pump Off Controllers).
    • PJC (pump jack control)The VFD controls the excess of energy generated by the motor while lowering the rod string. Line filtering is built in to reduce harmonic distortion.
  1. PLC/HMI
    Programmable Logic Controller panels are control systems used in industrial automation to monitor and control various processes and machinery. Human Machine Interfaces provide access to programming, settings, monitoring, trends, historian, alarms and shut-downs, communication, and other functions that will optimize the way the operator can access and interpret the data received and transmitted from and to the process.Process inputs can include physical property parameters (flow, temperature, pressure, density, viscosity etc.) as well as level, speed, vibration and other type of signals that are being measured and monitored to avoid upsets, loss of containment, damage to equipment, injuries.PLC/HMI panels can communicate to other equipment like MCCS, VFDs, and data acquisition systems and can be easily connected to the internet for allowing remote control.
